Who is I.C.E. targeting? Why?

Now that we know what I.C.E is, we must now know what their objective is. The objective of I.C.E. is to target illegal immigrants who live in the U.S. who have visas that have expired or don't have a visa at all.
When I.C.E arrests their targets, after going through certain procedures, the arrested target is deported back to the country they were born in. By continuing to deport illegal immigrants, I.C.E is trying to regulate the immigration laws that have been set by the U.S.
Even though there are many arguments about this, it is a clear fact that there are a lot of undocumented people living in the U.S. who have broken immigration laws by entering this country illegally. Although there are many ways to solve immigration issues, the most simple method to use to solve this problem is to identify those who have entered the U.S. illegally and deport them back to their force, with or without force.
